Here we make conclusions as below. As diamond cutting tools bears highest durability, we tends to use it to process graphite parts. The processing of graphite parts should adopt the way of low speed, small feed cutting parameters, differentiating rough and fine machining, which can not only prevent the occurrence of edge collapse, but also improve the durability of cutting tools. The machining method of parallel cutting method can ensure the surface quality of graphite parts and improve the machining efficiency at the same time.
