The Design of Process and the Combined Production Device of Phenolic Resin and Impregnated Graphite

In this topic, we’ll talk about phenolic resine impregnated graphite. The design of the combined production device and process of phenolic resin and impregnated  graphite is simple. It contains reasonable layout, convenient operation, low investment, and high benefit. In 1872, the phenolic resin macromolecular compound was synthesized for the first time. Due to the research of Backeland around 1905, phenolic resin began to be applied in practice. After more than 100 years of continuous production practice, it has been widely used in coatings, binders, anticorrosive materials, ion exchange resins and various plastic products.

 

With the sudden burst of graphite products, the anti-corrosion effect of the equipment made of graphite impregnated with phenolic resin is particularly good. People start to pay attention to it. The results show that the polymer material JG 2 can be used for 15 hours at 800 , which can be used as a high temperature graphite sealing dipping agent.
