With the rich graphite resources, easy mineral processing are less and less. The separation of lean ore, fine ore and difficult mineral processing has become the main problem at present. The combined process of various treatment methods will become the main way to deal with this kind of poor, miscellaneous and fine graphite ore. 

A graphite ore in *** area of *** Province belongs to cryptic refractory graphite ore. After the merger of concentrate 1 and 2, the fixed carbon content is 80.30%, which meets the the recovery rate of middle carbon grade. And it also meets the requirements of the admission conditions of cryptic graphite. The fixed carbon content of 9 in China Mine is 54.11% and the recovery is 7.84%. The low carbon graphite technical index of LD (-) 50-60 can be used as the raw material of casting coating.
