The electric vacuum pump consists of a motor, a graphite blade pump group and a silencing unit.

The motor is used to drive the graphite vane pump. Because of the centrifugal force, the blade is pressed to the outer direction on the circular inner wall of the graphite rotor. Because of the eccentricity of the graphite rotor at this time, the capacity of the inlet and exhaust sides of the vane pump is different.

Because of the eccentricity of the graphite rotor, the capacity of the inlet side becomes larger and the capacity of the exhaust side becomes smaller, so the air flows into the suction chamber. The graphite blade sends the air flow to the outlet of the electric vacuum pump, thus the vacuum degree is generated at the interface of the vacuum booster.
