The basic modification method for oxidation resistance of graphite materials is an internal modification method. This modification method is to add oxidation inhibitors inside graphite to achieve improved antioxidant properties of materials.

The selection of additives must meet the following conditions:

1. The additives and graphite matrix materials should have good chemical compatibility.

2. Low oxygen and moisture penetration capacity of additives.

3. Additives cannot catalyze the oxidation reaction.

4. Additives cannot affect the original properties of graphite matrix materials.
