When the mechanical strength of the material is not enough, the graphite heater will break when it is used. The isostatic pressed graphite should be selected. Isostatic pressed graphite has relatively fewer sand holes. Heaters made of isostatic graphite materials have better stability. Heaters made from hidden-cracks graphite materials will definitely break.

The design needs to be reasonable. It should be noted that the stress of graphite heater should not be too concentrated. 

3、Problems with the methods of usage.
