Sulfur is also an important factor to cause graphitization cracking and reduce the degree of graphitization. And sulfur will cause many products to harm in application. For example, if the sulfur content is too high in the steelmaking graphite electrode, the sulfur in the graphitized electrode enters the molten steel, which will cause the hot crushing of the steel.
