Molded graphite operation includes the following processes.

1、Weighing. Each molded blank requires a certain weight of press powder.  Therefore, we should calculate the mass of the pressed powder according to the volume and density of the molded blank.

2、Loading. There are two kinds of loading: automatic loading and manual loading.

3、Suppression. We should pay attention to grasp the appropriate pressure speed, pressure time.

4、Defilm. For hot pressed graphite products, we should cool them after their demoulding.

5、Inspection.
