Graphitization system is the process of gradually heating the carbon blank placed in the graphitizing furnace to high temperature (2500-3000℃) to form artificial graphite.

The maximum temperature of graphitization depends on the requirements of the finished product, as well as the raw materials for making the semi-finished product.

With regard to the rate of graphite heating, it is limited by two aspects, on the one hand, the risk of cracks in products, on the other hand, getting cheaper products.
