1、The type of graphite forming has a direct effect on the amount of binder. For example, extruded graphite requires better plasticity of the paste, so the amount of binder used in extruded graphite will be relatively high.

2、Vibrated graphite or molded graphite has relatively low plastic requirements for pastes.

3、For vibrated or molded graphite, the amount of paste binder of the same particle size can be slightly lower by 1%~3% than that of extruded graphite.
