The forming method of graphite has certain influence on the amount of binder.

Extrued graphite requires good plasticity of the paste, so the amount of binder will be more.

The plastic requirements of vibrated graphite or molded graphite for paste can be slightly worse. For vibrated graphite or molded graphite, the amount of binder can be slightly lower than that of extruded graphite by 1%~3%.
