The fine-grained graphite is not only easy to achieve machining accuracy, but also can maintain high strength and low loss at high temperature. Because graphite components used in the semiconductor industry (including heaters and sintering molds) need to withstand repeated heating and cooling processes, in order to improve the service life of graphite parts, we require graphite materials to have good dimensional stability and thermal-shock resistance at high temperatures.
