We usually polish the cavity surface of graphite mould with oil stone, sandpaper, or polishing paste. Sometimes we polish the working surface of the graphite mold as bright as a mirror. The polishing of graphite die has the following two purposes.

1、Increasing the degree of finish of graphite mold. This makes the products made from graphite molds beautiful.

2、Polishing can make graphite mold easier to be demoulded.
