Graphite products are mostly die parts, such as graphite electrode, 3D hot bending die and so on. These products have high requirements for processing consistency.

However, graphite materials are non-homogeneous and brittle materials, so graphite mold processing will have the following characteristics:

1. Small macro hardness  

    

2. The base surface of the product is easily damaged during clamping.

    

3. Poor positioning accuracy

    

4. The clamping error is larger

    

   For some slender holes with high machining accuracy and inner step holes, the processing difficulty of graphite products will be increased.
