The graphite nozzle of the graphite rotor is made of high purity graphite. The structure of graphite nozzle will not only disperse bubbles, but also increase the contact area and contact time between bubbles and aluminum alloy liquid by centrifugal force produced by aluminum alloy solution, thus improving the purification effect.

The service life of graphite rotor is generally about 1 month, and the service life of graphite rotor with oxidation protection coating can be extended to 50~60 days.
