This article briefly introduces the influence of the impurity content in the graphite mould.

Graphite used for hot pressure sintering mold is required to be as low as possible and as high as possible.

If the impurity content in graphite is too high and the ash is too large, the excess impurities in the graphite mold will produce a chemical reaction with the metal binder in the knife head, and adhere to the surface of the diamond head, producing dark red traces and affecting the appearance of the diamond head.
