Effect of the Resistivity on the Graphite Mold

Release time: 2021-11-08

When the graphite mold is used as the electric thermal element of the artificial diamond knife head in the thermal pressure sintering process, the consistent resistivity between the graphite blocks and each pressure head is required.

Nonuniform resistivity between graphite blocks leads to different heat generation.

During the thermal pressure sintering process of the diamond knife head, different temperature of graphite die will lead to the difference in hardness and bending strength of substrate material, which then affects the grinding ratio and cutting ability of the knife head.
