This article briefly introduces the installation method of the graphite crucible.

Installation step 1 of graphite crucible:

Before installation, the interior of the furnace must be checked to ensure that the furnace walls and bottoms are intact and have no metal or slag attached.

Installation step 2 of graphite crucible:

If the furnace wall or bottom is attached with cement or slag, it must be removed. Otherwise, the forward path of the flame will be hindered and deflected, thus causing the local excessive heating of the graphite crucible and then resulting in oxidation or small holes in the wall of the graphite crucible.
