The PCVI process of CFC is a process for improving the mass transfer of ICVI.

The PCVI process of CFC controlled by a pulse valve makes the deposition chamber periodically inflated and evacuated.

In the actual deposition process, the by-product gas generated by the internal deposition reaction of the CFC preform can be extracted in time, and the fresh hydrocarbon precursor gas can quickly and smoothly penetrate into the pores deep inside the CFC preform.
