Comparison of the FBCVI and ICVI Processes of the CFC

Release time: 2022-05-06

The differences between FBCVI and ICVI processes of CFC are mainly as follows:

Different heating methods: the former belongs to the "cold wall" structure, CFC preform has a large thermal gradient; the latter belongs to the "thermal wall" structure, with a very small or even no thermal gradient.

CFC precursor has different types: the former is liquid hydrocarbons with high carbon content, such as cyclohexane, kerosene or methylbenzene; the latter is gaseous hydrocarbons with small molecular weight, such as methane, acetylene, propylene, etc.
