The density of the CFC shows a linear increase during the first 60h of the deposition process. The growth rate of CFC density containing the radial upright CNT undergoes a process from large to small.

The CFC has a large densification rate within the 30h of predeposition, and the higher the CNT content, the higher of the rate.

After 60 hours of deposition, the densification rate for the CFC with a CNT mass fraction less than 15.2% is further reduced over time.
