We analyzed the thermal expansion properties of the 3D CFC and concluded that:

The thermal expansion of the CFC shows a negative expansion when the temperature is at 25~100℃. When the temperature is between 100℃ and 1000℃, the thermal expansion coefficient rises linearly with the temperature.

However, when the temperature is above 1000℃, the thermal expansion of the CFC and the interfacial thermal stress affect and restrict each other, showing different change rules of thermal expansion coefficients.
