In terms of the thermal conductivity of the CFC, the thermal conductivity remains basically stable with the increasing temperature, ranging from room temperature to 1,300℃.

With the continuous increase of the temperature, the thermal conductivity of the CFC rapidly increases significantly in the range of 1300 to 2500℃.

However, for the CFC after heat treatment at 2100℃, its thermal conductivity decreases sharply with increasing temperature in the range below 1300℃.
