We used net-like chopped fiber felt integrated needled fabric as a preform and manufactured Cu modified CFC-SiC friction material by cofusion of Cu powder and Si powder.

The CFC-SiC friction material was respectively tested at different speeds on the inertial friction test machine of the MM-1000 model.

When the initial speed is 1500 r/min, the friction factor of Cu modified CFC-SiC friction material is 0.306, and the line wear rate of itself and dual parts is 0.036μm/(face*turn) and 0.048μm/(face*turn) respectively.
