We manufacture the carbon fiber-enhanced CFC-SIC composites by means of the T300 and M40J carbon fibers, respectively.

After study, we find that the flexural modulus of the CFC-SIC composite manufactured by M40J carbon fiber is up to 51.2GPa. The flexural modulus is higher than the CFC-SIC composite manufactured from T300 carbon fiber under the same process.

The main reason for the above phenomenon of CFC composite material is that the modulus of M40J carbon fiber is higher than T300.
