Fine knitting can reduce the ablation rate of CFC. However, when the knitting spacing is reduced to a certain extent, the impact on the ablation resistance of CFC has also become very weak.

We manufactured three different CFC by CVD by adopting the molded resin with short-cut carbon fiber, laminated carbon cloth, and needling felt.

After comparison and study, we find that carbon cloth/CVD CFC has the worst antioxidant properties. Molded resin with short-cut carbon fiber/CVD CFC and needling felt/CVD CFC have good antioxidant properties.
