The thermal conductivity of the CFC along the fiber direction all increases with the fiber volume fraction at different heat treatment temperatures.

At low thermal treatment temperatures, the thermal conductivity of the CFC along the vertical fiber direction increases slightly as the fiber volume fraction increases.

At high thermal treatment temperatures, the thermal conductivity of the CFC along the vertical fiber direction increases first and then decreases as the fiber volume fraction increases.
