When a variety of matrix carbons are mixed as matrix carbons, multi-interface characteristics will be formed through such microscopic differences, which will affect the performance of CFC.

It can be started from the preparation process of CFC, a combination of various processes. For example, we combined the CVI process and pitch impregnation-carbonization process, and the fracture toughness of pitch-based CFC obtained is higher than that of CFC prepared by pure CVI process.

The multilayer interfacial structure can delay the stress expansion rate and change its expansion path, so as to improve the fracture toughness of CFC.
