After 100 hours of effective work, if the oxidative mass loss rate of CFC is less than 1%, we consider that the coating has a good protective effect.

According to the calculation of the index, the maximum allowable oxygen diffusion permeability of the coating for CFC is 3*10^-10g/(cm˙s).

The oxygen permeability of HfO₂ and ZrO₂ is high when the CFC is at a high temperature above 1000℃, and the oxygen diffusion cannot be effectively prevented.
