The interfacial compatibility between borosilicate glass and CFC at high temperature can be improved by introducing SiC transition layer.

After years of exploration, we have developed a series of borosilicate glass coatings suitable for CFC at different service temperatures of 900~1500℃.

The kind of borosilicate coating for CFC is prepared by slurry method, which has the characteristics of simple preparation process and low cost. And it can be uniformly coated on the surface of large complex components.
