SiC coating can be prepared on the surface of CFC by CH₃SiCI₃-H₂-Ar system using low pressure CVD method.

By this method, the influence of deposition temperature and molar ratio of precursor gas on the structure and morphology of SIC coatings used in CFC is systematically studied.

The growth behavior of SiC coatings used in CFC was also analyzed.
