The effects of embedding temperature on the phase, structure and oxidation resistance of SiC coatings used in CFC are systematically investigated.

The results show that the thickness of SiC coating increases with the increase of preparation temperature.

With the static air environment of 1500℃, the oxidation resistance of CFC will be improved accordingly.
