We prepared SiC, CrSi, SIC-Mosi, SIC-Mosi, CrSi and SIC-Alo-mullite multiphase ceramic coatings on the surface of CFC by embedding method.

The results show that the phase interface in the multiphase Mosaic ceramic coating has an effective relaxation effect on the stress in the CFC coating.

The polyphase Mosaic ceramic coating can also significantly improve the oxidation resistance of the CFC coating.
