Coatings of ZrB₂-SiC-Si ceramic can be prepared on the surface of CFC-ZrB₂-SiC composite materials by the infiltration method.

After being ablated by an oxyacetylene flame for 120 seconds, the CFC-ZrB₂-SiC composite materials coated with the above ceramic coatings have a linear ablation rate of 0.54 μm/s and a mass ablation rate of 0.014 mg/s.

Meanwhile, the CFC-ZrB₂-SiC composite materials coated with the above ceramic coatings show good oxidation resistance performance between 700 ℃ and 1500 ℃.
