During the fabrication process, the CFC coating material is introduced into a high-temperature deposition furnace in the form of a compound precursor at a specified temperature.

Subsequently, under controlled pressure and within a designated time frame, the various precursors for CFC undergo processes of decomposition, synthesis, diffusion, adsorption, and desorption.

Ultimately, an anti-oxidation coating is formed on the surface of the CFC.
